Be it low priced through HCS Express Same-Day Delivery (Greater Accra Only) or via reliable authorized Parcel Offices for orders outside Greater Accra. And in addition, you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Returns & Refunds
Customers may return products that are manufacturer defective or have a color discrepancy within 72 hours of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in original, unused condition with no signs of misuse.
- All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable: - Opened or used software and electronic goods
- Used printer inks, cartridges, or toners
- Special-order or customized products, including hardware upgrades for computers
Refund Process: Refunds are not permitted after the sale, except in cases where the product is manufacturer defective. Even in such cases, a refund will only be issued if an acceptable replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable delivery or shipping charges.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase from Hilson Computers Ghana.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
We do not deliver on public holidays. However, orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
Next-day delivery is available for certain locations and order sizes. Please check if your order qualifies during checkout. For areas outside Greater Accra, delivery times may vary based on size and weight.For high-value items, we may require a signature upon delivery for added security. If you are unavailable, our delivery partner will make an attempt to re-deliver at a later time.
